NASA Neuromuscular Assessment, Stimulation and Alignment
The NASA therapy protocol is effective in a short(20 to 30 minute), fully-clothed session that allows for a thorough assessment of neuromuscular response and fascial anatomy. Stimulation of pressure points and other fascia techniques encourages the body to let go of it's current stress induced holding patterns and reorient to a more balanced nervous system. This type of alignment reduces the body's stress response and increase communication between the brain, spinal nerves and muscle activity, therefore reducing inflammation, pain and dysfunction.
